Packages / scope index

Pick a starting point, not a price tier.

Fixed-scope projects with a start and an end. Monthly plans for work that never finishes. And a route for anything bigger or stranger than a card.

Every project is scoped and quoted in writing against your requirements — usually within one business day.

01 / Fixed scope

Projects with a start and an end.

You buy a defined result for a defined period — software, a site, a brand, a launch, or the plan that tells you which.

Any app, platform or internal system. Two paid steps — discovery, then the signed build.

Best fit / A founder or a team with a validated idea and users ready to test a working v1.

Outcome / Working software built to a scope signed before code begins — on whatever platform the product needs — with the source code, documentation, deployment and CI/CD pipeline handed over.

Audit & Roadmap

The paid front door. Pick growth or systems in the brief.

Best fit / You know something is wrong — the site underperforms, or manual work is eating the week — but not which fix comes first.

Outcome / A ranked 90-day plan, with the first move defined. Either audit ends the same way: a written report, the prioritized roadmap, and one 60-minute findings call.

Growth Audit
  • Up to 20 pages reviewed
  • 3 ad accounts
  • 3 competitors
  • 7 business days
AI & Systems Audit
  • Up to 5 workflows mapped
  • 4 staff interviews
  • 1 pilot specified
  • 10–15 business days

Not included: Implementation, fixes, licenses, data migration or ongoing reporting.

02 / Monthly

Four plans. Three clear operating levels.

For work with no end date. Grow is the capability most businesses need; Launch is intentionally limited, and Scale adds governance and reach.

Shared rule: support hours roll into the following month; content volume does not. Changing tier starts the following month. Your provider costs always stay on your own account.

M / 01

Care Plan

For a site, store or app that is now part of how the business earns — and needs somebody watching it.

Scale is a managed service: response-time commitment, 24/7 automated escalation, and multiple properties.

M / 02

Marketing Retainer

For a business with something to sell and nobody running the channels that sell it.

Outcome: Channels are planned, published, measured and adjusted every month, with one report saying what changes next.

M / 03

Content & Creative

For a brand that needs a steady, on-brand supply of visuals and video without hiring a designer.

Outcome: Predictable batches of publish-ready work, in the right sizes and one consistent visual language.

  • Launch

    • Creative direction1 monthly campaign concept: theme, key visual, rollout plan
    • Delivery rhythmweekly batches

    Start with Scale

The jump that matters: Launch is static graphics in one language. Grow adds video and bilingual output — the two things that usually decide whether a feed performs. Scale adds advanced motion and 3D, article volume, and a monthly campaign concept instead of one-off pieces.

M / 04

AI & Automation Ops

Entry requires an AI & Systems Audit or a working pilot, plus a one-time setup before the monthly run begins.

    • Change hours included15 h/month
    • Fix response (broken automation)same business day

    Start with Scale

The jump that matters: Launch keeps the plumbing running. Grow puts an AI agent into production and maintains its knowledge base — the tier where a job actually comes off a person's desk. Scale adds multiple agents, the response-time commitment, human review controls, and cost governance.

03 / Beyond the card

Custom Solutions

For larger products, marketplaces, internal systems, integrations, cloud work and productions that cannot honestly fit a fixed card. Scoping comes before the build quote.

06

More than one of these, or something elseStart your brief. We name the first step in writing.

Every package is run in the client portal

Whatever scope you pick, this is how you follow it. The portal shows project status and milestones, a timeline of updates from the team, messages on each project with read receipts, files shared through access-controlled links, and approvals where every sign-off or change request stays on record — with your invoices and account documents in the same place. Your company can have several logins, each person picks which emails they get, and all of it works in both languages.

Still deciding? Start the brief anyway.

Every question has a "not sure" answer. You will get a written reply within one business day telling you which scope fits — including when none of them does.
