Brand & Creative

This is how the business looks to a stranger. It starts with an identity — logo, colors, type, and the rules that hold them together — and then runs on the graphics and video you publish week after week. We make all of it from the same set of files, so a post, an ad, and a reel read as one company rather than three. What we do not do is hold a camera: photography and live-action filming are arranged through partner shooters and billed separately, or supplied by you.

Brand Identity & Logo Design

The logo is the smallest part of this. What you are buying is one set of files any designer, printer, or platform can use without asking you a question — the palette in hex and CMYK, the typefaces, the spacing rules, and the versions that survive at billboard size and at favicon size. We present 2–3 concept directions first, then take one forward through revisions. Everything else we make for you afterwards is built on top of it.

What you get
  • A discovery questionnaire and one call: audience, positioning, references to follow and references to avoid
  • 2–3 concept directions, then counted revision rounds on the direction you choose
  • Primary and secondary logo, vector and raster, in web and print formats
  • A color palette with hex and CMYK values, and a typography set with fallbacks
  • A one-page quick-reference sheet: correct use, incorrect use, spacing, minimum sizes
  • A social profile kit (avatar and cover) for the platforms in scope, plus business card and email signature templates as digital files
  • Minor re-exports — a new format, a small color tweak — for a short window after delivery
What we need from you
  • Your business name, what you sell, and who you sell it to
  • Reference brands and styles you like, and the ones you want nothing to do with
  • For a rebrand: the current logo and whatever brand files still exist
  • One person who can approve a direction. Identity work stalls when three people vote
Where it stops
  • A full brand guideline book is separate work; the quick-reference sheet is not a substitute for it
  • Naming the business, trademark search, and trademark registration are not included
  • Print production for packaging and stationery is not included — you receive the digital artwork
  • Photography is not produced in-house: partner-arranged and billed separately, or supplied by you
  • Website design is a different service. The identity is an input to it, not the same job
  • A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback, not an open thread

Graphic Design & Social Creatives

A steady supply of on-brand visuals, produced in batches instead of designed in a panic the night before. Every piece is sized for the platform it is going on and checked on a phone screen, because that is where it will be seen. Clear hierarchy, one message per graphic. We design from your identity files — if those do not exist yet, start with the identity.

What you get
  • Ready-to-post graphics, sized correctly for each platform in scope, delivered as export files
  • Layouts built phone-first: readable type, one message per graphic, a hierarchy that survives a fast scroll
  • Ad creatives, banners, and promotional graphics drawn from the same visual system as your posts
  • Counted revision rounds per item
  • Source files on request
What we need from you
  • Your identity files — logo, colors, fonts — or a decision to build them first
  • A content plan, or the list of topics, products, and offers to cover
  • Usable product photos or raw images. Design assumes source images exist
  • Captions and post copy, unless you buy Content & Copywriting alongside this
Where it stops
  • Photography sessions are not produced in-house: partner-arranged and billed separately, or client-supplied and licensed stock
  • Video and motion are a separate service, counted in finished minutes
  • Captions and post copy are not included unless bundled with Content & Copywriting
  • Publishing, scheduling, and replying to comments belong to Social Media Management
  • Paid stock, music, and font licenses are bought on your own account and never marked up
  • Volume is agreed up front. Anything past the agreed batch is new work, quoted before it starts

Video & Motion Graphics

You receive a finished file, not a folder of clips. We run the pipeline end to end — script, voiceover, edit, motion graphics, 3D, color — and deliver in the aspect ratios you actually publish in. What we do not do is shoot it: live action comes from partner videographers we arrange, from your own footage, or from licensed stock. Everything from a 15-second reel to a 3D product explainer is made here.

What you get
  • A script or storyboard from your brief, or written under Content & Copywriting
  • Voiceover in the language you choose, edit, motion graphics, and color
  • 3D and advanced motion where the piece needs it, scoped per project by complexity
  • Finished files in the agreed formats and aspect ratios — vertical for social, 16:9 for web
  • Platform-ready exports for each channel in scope
  • Minor edits — captions, small trims — for a short window after delivery
What we need from you
  • The goal of the video, and the one thing a viewer should remember
  • A script, or the key talking points
  • Any footage, product shots, and brand assets you already hold
  • Your voiceover language, and a decision on music before the edit is locked
  • Approval at the script stage. Re-cutting a finished video costs far more than changing a line
Where it stops
  • Live-action filming and photography are not produced in-house: partner-arranged and billed separately, or client-supplied footage
  • Paid actor and spokesperson casting is not included
  • Music beyond standard stock libraries is licensed on your own account
  • Raw project files are not delivered by default. Ask before the project starts, not after it ships
  • Finished minutes mean final runtime, not editing time. Three 60-second reels are three minutes
  • One large production — a brand film, a 3D campaign, a video series — is quoted on its own and never blended into a monthly volume

Catalog Design

A catalog is a sales document, not a folder of product photos. We lay out your company profile or your product range so a buyer can find an item, read what it is, and know what to ask for — the same grid, type, and hierarchy on every page, however many pages there are. You get a print-ready file to hand to a print house and a digital version to send. We design from your identity files; if those do not exist yet, start with the identity.

What you get
  • A structured layout covering every product or section in scope, in a page order agreed before design starts
  • Cover, back cover, and section dividers designed from the same system as the inside pages
  • One grid and one typographic system across every page, so a long catalog still reads as one document
  • Product images placed in a consistent frame, with names, codes, and specifications in a fixed pattern
  • A print-ready file with bleed, crop marks, and the color profile your print house asks for
  • A digital PDF version, sized to send by email and readable on a phone
  • Bilingual layout where the scope needs it, mirrored properly rather than forced into one grid built for the other language
  • Counted revision rounds on the document as a whole
What we need from you
  • The product list, and the specification for each item: names, codes, sizes, materials, whatever a buyer needs in order to decide
  • Product images you already hold, or a decision to have photography arranged
  • Final text — company profile, section introductions, product descriptions — unless you buy Content & Copywriting alongside this
  • Your identity files: logo, colors, fonts, or a decision to build them first
  • A rough page count, and where the catalog will be used: print, digital, or both
  • One person who can approve the layout. A catalog that three people redesign never reaches the printer
Where it stops
  • Printing is arranged with a print house and billed by them. We prepare the files, check them, and review the proof — we do not run the press
  • Photography is not produced in-house: partner-arranged and billed separately, or supplied by you. Live-action filming is the same
  • Writing the catalog is Content & Copywriting, a separate service. Without your text there is nothing to lay out
  • Retyping a product list from paper, scans, or images is quoted as its own work
  • Translating the second language belongs to Content & Copywriting. Bilingual layout is design, not translation
  • Page count and product count are agreed up front. Anything past them is new work, quoted before it starts

Your project, in one place

Every project runs through the Exana client portal: status and milestones, a timeline of updates from the team, and messaging with read receipts so nothing gets lost. Share files through access-controlled links, approve deliverables or request changes with every decision kept on record, and find your invoices and account documents in one place. More than one person from your company can have a login, each choosing their own email notifications — fully in both languages.

Where these are sold

Identity work is the Brand Identity offer. A brand-new business gets a subset of it inside Startup Launchpad. Graphics and video are produced under Content & Creative by monthly volume, and video starts at the Grow tier. A single large production — a brand film or a 3D campaign — is a Custom Solutions quote, scoped from a creative brief call rather than a plan. Publishing what we design is Marketing Retainer, not this page.
