About

Software engineering and marketing, built as one system

Exana Digital is a technology company and a digital agency at the same time. That combination is the whole point: the software and infrastructure a business runs on, and the brand, design, video, content, and campaigns that bring people to it, are usually bought from two different suppliers — and the seam between them is where projects quietly fail.

Why we exist

The pattern repeats everywhere. A company hires a developer for the product and an agency for the marketing. Six months later the site is slow, the campaign points at a page that does not convert, tracking was never installed, and each supplier has a convincing explanation involving the other one. Nobody lied. There was just no one whose job it was to own the whole thing.

Exana was founded on the opposite arrangement. One company scopes the product and the campaign together, in one written plan, with one point of accountability. When the site is slow and the ads underperform, there is nobody to blame but us — which is exactly the pressure that makes the work good.

One company does not mean one person wearing eight hats. Each service is delivered by someone who does that work full time — a designer designs, an engineer builds, a marketer runs campaigns — and none of them is cross-trained into a second craft to cover a gap in your project. What is shared is the plan and the accountability, not the job.

Read our story

That is also why we say no more often than an agency is supposed to. We will argue you out of features you do not need yet, in writing. We will tell you a service does not include the thing you assumed it included, before you buy it rather than after. Naming the limit is not a weakness in the offer. It is the offer.

How we work

  1. Understand the work before making anything

We start with how your business actually runs today, not the version in the manual — the same first question whether the answer turns out to be a system, a brand, or a campaign. Anything built on the org chart instead of the real process is something nobody uses.

  2. Write the scope down, then hold ourselves to it

Deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria are agreed before anything is built. "Done" is defined at the start. Anything outside it is a change order you approve first.

  3. Deliver in stages you can see

Progress is measured against the milestones we agreed, not against a status update written to sound busy. You see the work while it is still cheap to change.

  4. Hand it over properly

Source code, documentation, deployment and admin access, brand and design master files, and the ad and analytics accounts the work runs on are all yours, in your own name. Every build ends with a 30-day bug-fix warranty on delivered scope, and a Care Plan is a defined thing you can buy, not a favor you have to ask for.

The detail is the work

From the choice of a color to the shape of a database query, the difference between ordinary work and good work is a long series of small decisions nobody sees. We spend time on the loading state, the menu that opens a fraction too slowly to feel right, the headline that says one thing instead of three, the query that will be slow at ten thousand rows. That is not perfectionism. It is what makes something still feel right a year after launch.

Built by three founders, run by every specialty the work needs

Exana Digital was founded by three partners who together cover the whole distance between an idea and a business that runs: one leads technology — architecture, engineering, and delivery; one leads marketing — brand, content, and growth; one leads business and operations — clients, process, and accountability. The point of that split is simple: when the product, the marketing, and the commitments live under one roof, nothing falls between suppliers, and one signature stands behind all of it.

Around them works a bench of specialists — engineers, designers, video and motion producers, media buyers, copywriters who write natively in your market's language — brought onto each project in exactly the shape the work demands. You don't rent a fixed team; you get the right hands for your project, coordinated by people whose names are on the company.

What we're built to make, and to keep running

Capabilities, not promises: this is the standard of engineering and marketing work we design for on every project that needs it.

  • Brand designed as a system, not a logo file: palette, typography, spacing, and correct-use rules written down, so the same brand holds at billboard size and at favicon size.

  • Interface design proven before it is built: journey maps, screens drawn against real content, and a clickable prototype — a flow that fails here costs a conversation instead of a rebuild.

  • Visuals produced in batches, not the night before: social and ad creatives sized for the platform they go on, banners, and catalogues laid out print-ready — all from the same visual system.

  • Copy for every place words appear: articles, ad variations inside each platform's limits, landing pages written to one goal, and captions ready to drop into the calendar.

  • Every language version written for its own reader — composed from the brief in that language, never carried across from a draft written in another.

  • Video and motion graphics end to end: script, voiceover, edit, motion, 3D, and color, delivered as finished files in the aspect ratios you publish in. Live-action filming and photography are partner-arranged or supplied by you.

  • Interfaces built on our own component library, not a bought theme — consistent, fast, and cheap to extend.

  • Architectures designed to scale from your first hundred users to millions — without a rebuild.

  • Real-time systems: live dashboards, tracking, chat, and notifications built on event-driven foundations.

  • Offline-capable mobile apps for field teams and unreliable networks — iOS and Android from one codebase.

  • Payments done properly: multiple gateways, split payments for marketplaces, COD reconciliation, subscription billing.

  • Integrations across ERP, CRM, accounting, shipping, and government e-invoicing systems — your tools, finally talking.

  • Security engineered in, not bolted on: encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, full audit trails, hardened infrastructure.

  • Compliance-grade builds. Built to the requirements of GDPR, KVKK, and PDPL for personal data protection, with HIPAA-grade patterns for healthcare work. We build to those standards; certifying against them is your auditor's call, not ours.

  • Zero-downtime deployment as standard practice: releases ship while the business keeps running.

  • AI where it earns its place: automation of repetitive operations, intelligent search, document processing, and assistants trained on your business.

  • Automations that take one named job off a desk and keep doing it: mapped end to end before anything is built, with human approval points, failure alerts, and a written run report.

  • Measurement installed before launch, not after it: analytics and conversion tracking mapped to what the business actually earns from, with a baseline report so later changes are judged against a number instead of a feeling.

  • Campaigns structured around one stated goal, then corrected against what actually happens — with ad spend billed to your own account and never marked up.

  • Search worked from both ends: crawlable structure, metadata, and schema on the engineering side; keyword research and a written content plan on the writing side.

  • Owned audiences rather than rented ones: permission-based lists, sends on a calendar agreed in advance, and sequences triggered by real events instead of by someone remembering.

  • Channels run to a calendar agreed before the month starts, with comments, messages, and reviews answered against an escalation policy you signed off before the first complaint arrived.

  • Observability as a habit: monitoring, alerting, and 99.9% uptime targets backed by systems, not hope.

  • Full ownership handover: source code, documentation, credentials, brand and design master files, and the ad and analytics accounts in your own name — plus the knowledge to operate without us.

What we hold to

Say the true thing first

Including when it costs us the sale. If your budget does not fit the scope, the honest answer is a smaller scope or a different supplier, not a quiet reduction in quality you find out about at launch.

No number without a source

We do not publish statistics we cannot point at, and we do not write them into your content either. Anything requiring a specific figure comes from you, or it gets flagged as unverified before it goes out.

The system belongs to the client

Code, documentation, brand and design master files, accounts, and access are handed over. No hostage-taking, no undocumented setups only we can maintain, no platform you cannot leave.

Process, not promises

We commit to what we control: testing before launch, performance checks before handover, written reports of what happened. We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, or what the market will do next.

Consistency is a discipline, not a taste

The same colors, the same voice, the same terminology, across the product and every channel that points at it. That is easier to promise when one company owns both — which is the reason we built it this way.

Who we work with

Businesses digitising how they operate, who want the system and the marketing scoped as one plan instead of bought from two suppliers. Founders who need a credible first version people can actually use, rather than a hundred features. And teams that already cover part of this in-house and want one piece done properly. Plenty of them arrive for one half only — a brand, a campaign, a steady supply of content — and that is a whole job here, not a warm-up for a software project.

We do not chase government tenders, and we say so plainly when a job is outside what we do well. Beyond that, the fit is decided by the work rather than by the size of the company asking: take one service or the whole set, tell us what you are trying to get done, and we will answer honestly.

The short version

Exana Digital is a technology company and digital agency. We build software for whatever platform it has to run on — apps, stores, internal systems, and the services behind them — along with the cloud infrastructure it lives on and the design, video, and campaigns that grow it. Engineering and marketing under one roof, for clients wherever they are.
