Creative and marketing services

Reputation & Influence

People believe other people before they believe an ad. That cuts both ways, which is why influencer work and reputation management sit on the same page: one borrows someone else's credibility, the other protects the credibility you already have. We handle the selection, the negotiation, the brief, and the monitoring — and the response policy that decides what a public reply says before a bad Tuesday decides it for you. What we cannot do is make a platform delete a review, and no one who tells you otherwise is being straight with you.

Influencer Marketing & Online Reputation Management

Two halves that share a service and almost nothing else. Influencer work is outward: shortlisting creators who match your audience, negotiating, briefing them, and coordinating the campaign — you approve every creator before anything is agreed, and you pay their fees directly. Reputation management is inward: monitoring reviews and mentions on the platforms you nominate, and answering them against a policy you signed off before the first complaint arrived. We control the choosing, the briefing, the watching, and the responding. We do not control what a creator's audience does, or what a platform decides to leave online.

What you get
  • Influencer — a shortlist of creators matched to your audience and campaign goal, with the reasoning for each name
  • Influencer — outreach, negotiation, and the brief the creator works from, including what must and must not be said
  • Influencer — campaign coordination and content review before anything is published
  • Influencer — a post-campaign summary of what ran and what the platforms' own numbers reported
  • Reputation — monitoring of the review platforms and social mentions you nominate, including your Google Business Profile
  • Reputation — a written response policy, agreed with you, and replies posted against it
  • Reputation — a monthly monitoring report and a response log: what was said, what we answered, what is still open
What we need from you
  • The campaign goal, and the audience you want reached
  • Your budget for creator fees, paid by you directly to the creators
  • Final approval on every creator. We recommend and negotiate; you decide
  • Access to the review and listing platforms you want watched
  • Escalation rules: which complaints must reach a person on your side, and how quickly
  • The facts behind a complaint, fast. A public reply that guesses makes the situation worse
Where it stops
  • Creator and influencer fees are paid by you directly to the creator. They sit outside our fee and are never marked up
  • We cannot guarantee removal of a negative review. We can respond publicly and request review under the platform's own policy — the decision stays with the platform
  • Legal action against defamatory content is your lawyer's work, not ours
  • We do not write fake reviews, buy ratings, or bury a real complaint. A brand that does this gets caught, and the catching is worse than the complaint
  • Reach, sales, and follower growth from an influencer campaign are not guaranteed. We control selection, brief, and coordination — not the audience's reaction
  • Creator content is produced by the creator. Our own design and video services are separate work
  • Photography and filming for creator content are not produced in-house — partner-arranged and billed separately, or supplied by the creator

Your project, in one place

Every project runs through the Exana client portal: status and milestones, a timeline of updates from the team, and messaging with read receipts so nothing gets lost. Share files through access-controlled links, approve deliverables or request changes with every decision kept on record, and find your invoices and account documents in one place. More than one person from your company can have a login, each choosing their own email notifications — fully in both languages.

Where this is sold

Both halves live at the Scale tier of a Marketing Retainer, which carries review and mention monitoring with a monthly response allowance, plus creator shortlisting, outreach, and coordination each quarter. A single influencer campaign can instead be scoped as a one-off project without the monthly plan. Reputation monitoring is not sold below Scale — watching a brand once a month is not monitoring, and we would rather say so than sell it.
